## Transfer Procedure There are two main ways to transfer entry fees. - Manual - Automatic ### Manual Pledges can be transferred manually if the below conditions are met. - 4 business days have passed since the participant paid after entering the competition. - The total amount of entry fees and pledges is more than 10,000 JPY. + The handling fee is included in the above amount. - If the total amount of entry fees and pledges is less than 10,000 JPY, it will be handled via automatic transfer. The procedure for manually transferring entry fees is as follows. - While logged in, access [https://tonamel.com/settings/profile](https://tonamel.com/settings/profile). - Click on the Profit tab. - Click "Transfer". - When the dialogue box appears, confirm that the correct amount is displayed and click "Transfer". It may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account. ### Automatic Regardless of the total amount of the entry and pledges, the entry fee will be automatically transferred to the account registered by the participant after 80 days from the date of payment. When automatic transfers are made, all entry fees for which 30 days have elapsed since the participant made payment will be combined and transferred together. Example: A. 20,000 JPY entry fee; payment made 2 business days prior. B. 1,000 JPY entry fee which payment has passed for 30 days C. 8,000 JPY entry fee; payment made 80 days prior. If the above three entries fees have been paid, C will be automatically transferred because 80 days have passed following payment. At that time, B which payment has passed for more than 30 days will also be transferred at the same time. A will not be transferred. Although the entry fee is in excess of 10,000 JPY, 4 business days have not passed following payment. If pledges are also part of the amount available for transfer when the entry fees were automatically transferred, they will be transferred at the same time as the entry fees. ### Handling Fees A set amount of money is paid by entrants as an entry fee. The entry fee, minus handling fees, will be transferred to the bank account linked by the organizer. There are two main types of handling fees. - Platform Usage Fee - Transaction Fee #### Platform Usage Fee When a participant enters and pays, the earnings will be reflected in the organizer's Stripe balance. At that time, a platform fee of 5% of the entry fee + 100 JPY per entry will be deducted. ##### E.g. if the entry fee is 2,000 JPY and 20 people enter: - Total entry fee: 2,000 JPY × 20 people = 40,000 JPY - Platform Usage Fee 5% of entry fee 40,000 JPY × 5% = 2,000 JPY 100 JPY per entry: 20 people × 100 JPY = 2,000 JPY - Organizer earnings: 40,000 JPY - 4,000 JPY = 36,000 JPY #### Transaction Fee The transaction fee reflects the cost of the transfer to your bank account. A fee of 250 JPY will be charged for each transfer. ## Regarding Same-Day Payment In the case of same-day payment, the organizer will need to change the payment status of the participant to paid after the participant has paid. - While logged in, access [https://tonamel.com/organize/](https://tonamel.com/organize/). - Select a tournament. - Click on Participants. - Select the participant from the list and change their payment status to paid.
