Sponsoring Organization

Before you can host tournaments, you must create a hosting organization. The creator of the organization will be designated its leader, but more members can be invited to assist in managing tournaments. Tournaments will show the name of their host organization on the tournament details page. ## Create a New Organization 1. [Login to Tonamel.](https://tonamel.com/help/#popup_login) 2. Click your icon at the top of the page. ![Your icon](/assets/figures/help/en/account-avatar.png) 3. Click [**New host organization**]. 4. Enter the name of the host organization. (You can change it later) 5. Press [**Create**]. ## Edit Organization Information 1. [Login to Tonamel.](https://tonamel.com/help/#popup_login) 2. Click your icon at the top of the page. 3. Edit the organization name, icon image, and introduction. 5. Click [**Save changes**]. ## Add Members to Organization 1. [Login to Tonamel.](https://tonamel.com/help/#popup_login) 2. Click your icon at the top of the page. 3. Click the [⚙] symbol of the organization to which you want to add members. 4. Click [**Member**]. 5. Enter the [Account ID](/help/verify-id) you want to add. ![Add Member](/assets/figures/help/my/add-organize-member.png) 6. Click [**Add**]. One organization can have up to 20 managing members. ## Remove Organization Members 1. [Login to Tonamel.](https://tonamel.com/help/#popup_login) 2. Click your icon at the top of the page. 3. Click the [⚙] symbol of the organization from which you want to remove members. 4. Click [**Member**]. 5. Click [Delete] for the member you want to delete. ![Remove member](/assets/figures/help/en/remove-organize-member.png) - If you wish to withdraw from an organization, click [Leave] on the member page of the organization. - The leader of an organization cannot be removed, and the leader of an organization cannot leave the organization.
